The class I wish I had as a student - a small mid-week anchor: part class, part workshop, personalised.

Step beyond the open class and experience a small-group, workshop-style session where you’ll receive personalised guidance and feedback. We’ll pause, refine and explore - taking time with postures, alignment, progressions, sensation and breath.

This space is slower, more interactive and intentionally intimate. It’s a chance to deepen your practice, understand the 'why' behind the poses and feel supported in real time.

Who this is for:

  • You want more individual attention in your practice

  • You enjoy being seen and supported on your mat

  • You prefer a smaller group where dialogue and reflection are welcome

  • You appreciate a midweek pause and reset

  • You are curious about exploring yoga at a deeper, steadier pace

All levels are welcome - Bring your props!
