The class I wish I had as a student - a small mid-week anchor: part class, part workshop, personalised.
Step beyond the open class and experience a small-group, workshop-style session where you’ll receive personalised guidance and feedback. We’ll pause, refine and explore - taking time with postures, alignment, progressions, sensation and breath.
This space is slower, more interactive and intentionally intimate. It’s a chance to deepen your practice, understand the 'why' behind the poses and feel supported in real time.
Who this is for:
You want more individual attention in your practice
You enjoy being seen and supported on your mat
You prefer a smaller group where dialogue and reflection are welcome
You appreciate a midweek pause and reset
You are curious about exploring yoga at a deeper, steadier pace
All levels are welcome - Bring your props!

Private classes, in person or online

A private class is a super way to practise in the privacy of your own home, where you will have my undivided attention. Perfect if you are new to yoga, not keen on group classes, have an injury or want to work on something specific.

Restorative Yoga ONLINE 75 min
Wednesdays 8.00 - 9.15 pm, UK (GMT) (& video replay)

Slow, sweet, and supported, this is a practice for the nervous system—to restore, rest, and rejuvenate.
Unapologetically, loads of props are needed for this practice. Comfort is paramount, so we use props like blankets and bolsters to support the body.
If you don't have yoga props, don't worry—we can improvise. However, please contact me if this is your first time practising Restorative.

Relaxation, rejuvenation, and immersive yoga sessions.
