Welcome
I’m Chang, a GP and yoga teacher, and my work lives in the space between medicine and embodied experience. I explore how practices like yoga can complement modern healthcare by helping people reconnect with their bodies and build sustainable health.
After more than 20 years working as a clinician, I've seen how many capable, caring people hold everything together on the outside whilst slowly running on empty inside. We keep going, give our best to others, and rarely pause long enough to ask what we ourselves truly need to feel resourced, healthy, vital, and able to thrive.
Yoga has been both my anchor and my pause.
What began as a way to stretch and unwind gradually became something more meaningful - a practice that helped me slow down, attune, listen more deeply, and remember not just how I want to feel, but who I want to be in this one precious life.
Today, my teaching draws on both worlds: the insight of modern medicine and lifestyle science, alongside the profound and practical wisdom teachings of yoga.
Through yoga and community, I help thoughtful, capable people care for their bodies, steady their minds, and cultivate a deeper sense of confidence and self-trust. My classes combine thoughtful sequencing, clear and accessible guidance, and space to slow down and enjoy - helping you build strength, resilience, and vitality in a way that supports the whole of your life.
I’ve written more about my journey in yoga, why I teach, and the values that guide my work.
