I’m Chang, a doctor and yoga teacher, and I know what it’s like to feel stretched too thin, to give too much of yourself, and to wonder if you’ll ever strike the balance between doing and being.
Yoga has been my anchor. It has offered a way to navigate the middle ground, slow down, reconnect, and remember not just how I want to feel, but who I want to be in this one precious life.
My classes blend my interest in evolving science, years of experience as a clinician, and passion for lifestyle medicine alongside the profound and practical wisdom teachings of yoga. Through yoga and community, I help you care for your body, calm your mind compassionately, and cultivate confidence and self-trust. You’ll be guided to move with steadiness, build strength of body and mind, and embody vitality — wherever you are, whatever season of life.
