Slow, sweet, and supported, this is a practice for the nervous system—to restore, rest, and rejuvenate.
Unapologetically, loads of props are needed for this practice. Comfort is paramount, so we use props like blankets and bolsters to support the body.
If you don't have yoga props, don't worry—we can improvise. However, please contact me if this is your first time practising Restorative.
